Standard Production Time

​

  • Our custom furniture pieces are crafted with precision and care. We require a minimum of 30-45 days to hand over the furniture after the realization of the advance payment and confirmation of the final drawings.

  • We strive to provide accurate lead times but we’ll keep you in the loop if anything unexpected pops up and affects our timeline.

  • We do not hold responsibility due to any delays caused because of the client’s society rules or restrictions during the furniture delivery.

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping costs vary based on product weight and destination region. These costs are not included in the product prices.

Delivery Process

Pre-Delivery Inspection

  • Before dispatching, each furniture piece undergoes a rigorous quality check to ensure it meets our high standards.

Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon delivery, we require the receiving party to inspect the items for any visible damage. Acknowledgment of the delivery will be taken as confirmation that the items were received in good condition.

  • Any discrepancies or damages detected must be reported immediately upon delivery.
